2.Head-Marketing and Communications
> No. of Vacancies: 1
> The incumbent will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing and driving marketing, branding and communication strategies for the Bank. S/he will work in collaboration with all internal and external shareholders, including media, event managers, associates and customers to enhance and strengthen brand Laxmi Bank.
> Performance goals for this position will be centered around brand visibility, increased market share and profitability.

3. System Administrator

> The incumbent shall work for a special open source IT project.

Qualification and skills
> A bachelors degree in relevant field
> 5+ years of integration or development experience with UNIX and Linux system administration
> Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
> Advanced skills in shell scripting and programming (Bash, Korn, Pearl).
> Configure, monitor, and manage physical servers and storage systems.
> It is desirable(not mandatory) to have a certification like RHCE/RHCA
> Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.

4. Branch Managers
The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's strategic goals.
 
The candidate should have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized university and should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in banking including at least 1 year in supervisory role. The current grade of the applicant should be a Supervisor or above.
 
Age should not exceed 32 years as on 25 January 2017.Qualified local candidates will be preferred.

5. Supervisors - Cash and Remittance
The Supervisor – Cash & Remittance is primarily responsible to ensure all counter transactions are processed accurately and swiftly and in accordance with the laid down procedures. Managing customer expectation for each interaction and ensuring adherence to basic service standards, the incumbent will ensure effectiverisk management and regulatory compliance for the Teller functions and be vigilant & alert of any possiblefrauds and risks.
 
The candidate should have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized university and should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in branch operations or Cash and Remittance unit at a commercial bank with the current grade of a Senior Assistant or above.

7. Legal Officer

> The incumbent will be responsible for providing substantative, technical, and administrative support to the Bank on legal issues.

Qualification/Eligibility
> Bachelors degree in Law
> Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector
> Fully conversant with banking and company laws

8. Assistant Relationship Managers
