Educational Qualification:

For placement Inside Kathmandu Valley:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 55 % or CGPA 2.75 in the field of Business/ Management/Economics or with 2 years of relevant banking experience.

For placement Outside Kathmandu Valley:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 50% or CGPA 2.5 in the field of Business/ Management/Economics.

Job Specifications:

• Good in Computer Skills  including Office applications
• Good in Communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Nepali
• Ready to relocate at any Location/Branch as per the Bank’s  requirement
• Smart personality with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and desire to excel.

Management Trainee (MT)

Job Location: Kathmandu

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s Degree with 65% or CGPA 3 in the field of Business/ Management/Economics
