Good Neighbors International Nepal (GNI) is an International Non-governmental Organization working in Nepal since 2002 with the objective of improving lives of people, especially children through education, income generating activities, health services, WASH, advocacy, network building and disaster risk reduction. GNI invites application for following position:

Position: Head of Infrastructure, Head Office (one)

The Head of Infrastructure will be responsible for designing, construction and management of all infrastructure related works. Job Description : He/She will be responsible for:

•  Identification and prioritization of construction projects including project appraisal, feasibility analysis, site survey, and sustainability analysis.
•  Developing guidelines and field-based tools for the implementation of the project.
• Developing the detailed designs of the construction/rehabilitation projects. Job Specification :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering. Master’s in Construction Management with at least three years of experience in a relevant sector is preferred.
• Auto Cad/Archi Cad (preferred) & Revit Architecture skills are mandatory.
•  Specialization in Building Information Modeling is preferred.
•  Architectural Certification is preferred.
•  Good written and spoken English.
